Hi @linda-amick. Sorry you were having trouble logging in. In this case, the ‘owner’ to which you refer is our server. That notice appears when our server thinks you are a robot or a hacker. It is set to temporarily suspend access to someone who A.) uses a non-existent username or B.) enters the wrong password 10 times. It must have thought you were trying to break-in for one of those reasons. There are other actions that may trigger a temporary limit error but these are usually the culprits.
If you were able to sign-in (apparently you were) then I would suggest making a note of your username and password, then you shouldn’t encounter such troubles again. It must have thought you were trying to break-in for one of those reasons. There are other actions that may trigger a temporary limit error but these are usually the culprits.
