On Tuesday, the Trump campaign took their election fight in Wisconsin to the US Supreme Court where they will be challenging 50,000 absentee ballots.
The announcement was first released by Trump advisor Boris Epshteyn during Steve Bannon’s show, War Room.

The move was announced by campaign lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who said the filing was aimed at the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s decision to reject their claims against more than 50,000 ballots. Joe Biden won Wisconsin by a margin of about 20,000 votes.
The Trump campaign says its petition will present claims that ballots were counted by voters without identification, incomplete absentee ballots were counted, and ballots were collected by hand at events held before the election.
It is the Trump campaign’s second filing in the Supreme Court after its challenge to the Pennsylvania election results on 20 December.
They also filed a motion for expedited consideration before the 6 January count of Electoral College votes that delivered the White House to president-elect Biden.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court tossed out the Trump campaign’s lawsuit on 14 December in a 4-3 ruling, with Justice Brian Hagedorn writing that the campaign waited too long to raise its concerns.
“Our laws allow the challenge flag to be thrown regarding various aspects of election administration,” Justice Hagedorn wrote. “The challenges raised by the Campaign in this case, however, come long after the last play or even the last game; the Campaign is challenging the rulebook adopted before the season began.”
Trump campaign adviser Boris Epshteyn said on an episode of Steve Bannon’s podcast that the filing came after a Wisconsin Supreme Court decision that was based on “technicality not the merits”, and that it would be followed by “action out of Georgia.”
“We are now taking that fight to the Supreme Court where there’s already a robust case out of Pennsylvania, and there’s a case out of Arizona,” he said. “There’s going to be action out of Georgia as well.”

The President and his allies are clearly not backing down. According to a bombshell new analysis dropped by Pennsylvania House Republicans, the certified votes in the state of Pennsylvania are in error by about 200,000 votes.

The group of Republican Representatives dropped the following message:
HARRISBURG – A group of state lawmakers performing extensive analysis of election data today revealed troubling discrepancies between the numbers of total votes counted and total number of voters who voted in the 2020 General Election, and as a result are questioning how the results of the presidential election could possibly have been certified by Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar and Governor Tom Wolf. These findings are in addition to prior concerns regarding actions by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Secretary, and others impacting the conduct of the election.
A comparison of official county election results to the total number of voters who voted on November 3, 2020 as recorded by the Department of State shows that 6,962,607 total ballots were reported as being cast, while DoS/SURE system records indicate that only 6,760,230 total voters actually voted. Among the 6,962,607 total ballots cast, 6,931,060 total votes were counted in the presidential race, including all three candidates on the ballot and write-in candidates.
The difference of 202,377 more votes cast than voters voting, together with the 31,547 over- and under-votes in the presidential race, adds up to an alarming discrepancy of 170,830 votes, which is more than twice the reported statewide difference between the two major candidates for President of the United States. On November 24, 2020, Boockvar certified election results, and Wolf issued a certificate of ascertainment of presidential electors, stating that Vice President Joe Biden received 80,555 more votes than President Donald Trump.

So I ask you after these numerous examples of judicial malfeasance where is the vaunted rule of law in America? The courts better do their job or we are in for a great deal of mayhem and chaos.
The Supreme Court has so far rejected any law suit about elections. They will probably reject this Wisconsin suit too. I tend to agree with the Supreme Court on this. We do not want it to become a habit to depend on a small number of people judging the elections. The election belong to the electors and if the electors don’t like the counting, the audits are wrong too. Then they should be willing to correct the errors or concede to the opposition. In this instance, each county that has improper counting or missing ballots or signatures, should either correct them or flip the state to Trump by January 6. Trump has proven himself as a leader. The other side has proven to have been involved in a money laundering scheme with a foreign country while in a high position in government. That charge if true should stop the election of the participant and again flip the election back to Trump.
Fight fight fight. This election is a scam. I just can’t believe sleepy Joe got even half the votes claimed. We have to stop this travesty! Our country depends on this. Call Marshall law and have a revote in these states that cheated.
With all these debates about people moving in and out of areas, having two valid addresses, dying, or illegal aliens, and yet still voting when they should not, or where they should not, perhaps it’s time to eliminate the necessity of voting in your district. Instead, assign Federal ID cards to every registered voter. Those cards would then be the only valid form of ID, and only one vote per card will be counted. That way, it does not matter where you are when you vote, as long as a legal voting place is available. That would eliminate a lot of the mail in voting, as Post Offices in rural areas could accept all ballots accompanied by the voter with an ID, and immediately drop them into a locked box they cannot open. Trained Postal Workers or other government employees could visit nursing homes and hospitals, if needed, but the IDs would still be required. The same could be done on military bases around the world.
